Back to school – The change is you

In October 2022, we launched the program “Back to school – The change is you” with the aim of informing students in remote schools in Cyprus about the effects of climate change and the importance of adopting alternative ways in the context of a sustainable and green way of life.

In cooperation with the Office of the Commissioner for the Environment and the support of ExxonMobil, our organization distributed 300 reusable water bottles and 300 seed pencils to two primary schools in the area of Famagusta.

The program includes school lectures regarding the environment and the reduction of plastic pollution and the participation of all students in their own clean-ups.
