Parallel House of Representatives

The operation of the Parallel Parliament for the Environment, Ecology-Sustainability and Health is particularly important in the global effort to address vital environmental issues for humans such as climate change, air and water quality, waste management, the use of chemical products and other energy sources and their effects on public health.

By participating in Parallel Parliament, Together Cyprus also participates in the following committees in order to contribute to political and legal reforms at the local level:

• Committee on Climate Change.
• Committee on Air and Water Quality in Cyprus.
• Waste Management Committee.
• Committee on Public Health.
